Hey there.
I have read the post on headsets which I found rather useful. I am looking at buying the following headset. Do you think it is any good? Is there a certain part of the spec you look at which can tell you the quality? The link below is the one I am looking at getting. Here I think this is the same apart from the plug. The mic I think is the same, I am posting this as it says more about the spec. I will be buying the above link however (depending on what you think) here Appreciate any help. Thanks, Glenn |

Specifications rarely tell much. Many specifications are deceptive.
They're cheap. Test them out and let us know how the feedback is on that set. I don't like the idea of NOT having a locking connector. That's too risky for me.

Thanks for the response Frank. I shall just go ahead and see. The one I would be getting has the locking connector.
Thanks, Glenn |

Just buy a countryman headset and be done with it.

Don't have the money to buy anything fancy. Wish I did, those mics cost more than my wireless system.

Depends upon you budget, your on-stage activities, how careful you can realistically be with your mic, how loud your background music is, how loud your voice is, and so on. Like any other mic, the E6 can be a good choice or a bad choice, depending upon your needs.

I have two headset mics made by a company OSP It is a clone of the countryman. We have also bought several of them for our church. I am very happy with their performance. You can find them on ebay for about any make of wireless systems. Thanks Mark |

Thanks for the info on the OSP one. I shall have to buy the cheaper version in my link first. This will be my first show so if all fails I wont of spent to much.
If it keeps going well I shall upgrade. Thanks all. Glenn |

If I did get an OSP I would get one connector for my shure
And the other connector would be for my audio technica That was I can use in on my Smaller Anchor Explorer and on my Bigger Sound Projection Sound Machine. That is cheaper then buying two headsets.

Check out Sennheiser. You can find some great prices out there on the net.
