I just finished trying to do this trick and man is it hard! I mean, this trick is going to be quite a trick to do, especially when you have a bunch of people surrounding you, looking at every move you make. I honestly think this trick is a good idea, but not a trick I will use.

Yes, this is a trick where you have to have control over your audience. Its not a hard thing to do unless you are doing this for a group of friends at your house or family.
A hint would be not to go too slow, because it would arouse them to watch every move you make. I learned this the first couple of times I performed it. Also, try not to let on to what's going to happen in the routine. That is not what you want. You might say "what else could you do with a signed bill and a signed card?" Well, believe it or not, they don't know whats going to happen. Im sure your creative minds can figure out a patter that will achieve suspense and mystery for what's about to happen. Till this day I am still improving my performance. Just do it casually, calmly, smoothly, and where you don't stare at they won't (hopefully), and I am sure you can get through it. If still cant, just practice, practice, practice. As said, I was lucky enough to be very familiar with what was involved in Transferred, but I still had to practice the timing and presentation. Hope this helps! Peter might have some better advice becuase he has performed this way longer. |

Peter has opened a private discussion forum for owners of Transferred at http://www.sleightgeek.com . Since it is private and only open to owners, you can openly discuss all aspects of the effect without worrying about exposure. Peter will be answering any questions you might have and also new ideas can be brainstormed.
If you own Transferred, go here for details on how to get access: http://www.sleightgeek.com/phpBB2/viewtopic.php?t=82 |

I am going to put mine on Ebay, as well. The video does not portray the ACTUAL trick explained in the instructional booklet - which is not very detailed. The booklet is more for the advanced magi who is more experienced with slights. A video or DVD would have been a great addition on explaining this trick better or a different video showing this trick in its entirety. I feel the current video is just a marketing plow.
