I can't remember who makes these or if there are more than one version. Anybody know this off the top of their head?

There are many versions. I've seen a number of plastic versions that work extremely well, as well as some nice versions in brass. There is even a cheap aluminum version from EZ Magic - dented too easily. I think Viking makes one of the brass versions.

Thanks, Alan...I've seen the brass one but wasn't sure if there was something else of a better quality. So far, it sounds like Viking is the way to go unless anyone has any other sources for this prop.

Thanks for the info and the PMs on this. I've now figured out which one I need and have secured one.

Magic Inc., in Chicago made a really nice one. I suggest making your own label.
