Congratulations to Charlie Caper who won Sweden Got Talent!
I think it's a fact that this is the first time ever a magician wins a Got Talent competition? http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=w4R_ub_cAGw Also, in the same finale, was another magical duo, Brynolf & Ljung, who likes to take their magic to the extreme! Interested to know if you think this could be shown on TV in your countries? http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0aINic4K9go |

Ursula Martinez might have a few words with them over stealing her act if they played it in other countries.
Charlie did a good act, glad to see he was a winner.

That's quite refreshing to see any one who was NOT a singer, let alone specifically a magician.
Even when the ventriloquist won AGT, he did a LOT of music numbers, so that was a "safe" way for them to have a "non" music winner.

I agree with Father...that is an obvious Rip Off (but not as well executed) of UM routine. I hate seeing other people steal someone's act. Sad!

Quite funny routine, since Lasse is a chubby fellow that no one wants to see undressed. "No, for the love of God, no!", the audience used to shout, as Lasse pretended to hear comments and theories on where the red silk went. Around 1999, Peter Brynolf (also from Malmö, Sweden) picked the routine up from Lasse Flygare. I do not know when Ursula picked the routine up, but I don't believe she started doing it before the 1980's, or before 1999 - so perhaps Lasse Flygare and Peter Brynolf should have a few words with Ursula, rather than the other way around? -Tom Stone |
