So guys, today I saw Henry Evans, and he performed a trick.
The trick basically consists on that: He gets one deck from a spectator, turn one cad face down, and open the deck on the table. Then he gets another deck, take a look at it, and ask someone to say a number, the person say it, and he asks another person to say another number, he plus both, and then he counts the cards on the table and the previously turned card is on that number, then he asks someone to count the same number on the other deck, and then he show both of the cards, and they're the same. I would like to know, if you have any ideia of how it is done, telling me the book/dvd where it is, cuz I'm still amazed. That's it, thank you guys, hope you can help me. |

Did you not ask Henry Evans at the time?
Sometimes the cynic in me thinks when I see posts like this... ''The trick is on the way...

I didn't asked, there was too many people there.
I've done this trick with my parents, but I'm not sure if I'm using the right method That's why I asked here. |

Unless a Café member was at that performance or knows Evans very well, there isn't going to be any accurate answers here....
Best to get in contact with Evans or be able to provide more details regarding the procedure. |

StLuiz - Why don't you just buy it and find out?

Because he doesn't sell it.
It is one of his tricks using a normal deck. If he was selling I would defintly buy it, but he wasn't. |

I saw Henry perform this effect when he was in Peru last february and it was a fooler. A very straight-forward effect with great showmanship by Henry as always; I always enjoy seeing him perform.
