I recently found some cups at Wal-mart that make a pretty good set. they were only seven dollars each. they're stainless steel, stack pretty good, have enough room to have balls inside while stacked, have a mouth bead that looks good, and are a good size. I think I'm starting to go cup crazy. every cup I see I wonder if it can be used for C&Bs
heres a few pics but my camera isn't too good http://i259.photobucket.com/albums/hh286......ups1.jpg http://i259.photobucket.com/albums/hh286......ups2.jpg and since I'm killing time, here's the rest of my small collection. I don't have any really nice ones yet http://i259.photobucket.com/albums/hh286......ups3.jpg http://i259.photobucket.com/albums/hh286......ups4.jpg http://i259.photobucket.com/albums/hh286......ups5.jpg http://i259.photobucket.com/albums/hh286......ups6.jpg http://i259.photobucket.com/albums/hh286......ups6.jpg http://i259.photobucket.com/albums/hh286......ups7.jpg http://i259.photobucket.com/albums/hh286......ups8.jpg http://i259.photobucket.com/albums/hh286......ups9.jpg |

Darth… Thanks for sharing the photos the Wal-Mart Cups look great as do the others. The patina on them looks good!
Thanks, Bruce |

Those Wal-Mart cups are excellent. I have a set of them in the museum. I also have a set of the matching wastebaskets, which would work nicely if you could figure out a way to load a volleyball. Regarding the photos -- you can actually do a couple of things with them. If you have a photo manipulation program, you can lighten them a bit, and that will usually make the cups show up better. Most digital cameras come with such a program, or you can download GIMP, which is a free program, and it will do the job fairly well. The other thing would be to increase the amount of light where you are taking the photos. Will you be at the IBM convention?

I wish I could be there. I barely get any time for fun anymore. I cant even make it to ring meetings anymore because of work. I haven't actually performed the C&B much lately. I've got a new routine partly on paper. I'm going to be using 2 chop cups in it and one regular cup (if I had a 3rd matching chop cup I'd use 3)
I do like the wal-mart cups alot. they're a good size and seem like they'd be sold enough to last awhile. they're cheap enough that I may get an extra and try to make it a chop cup. those pics were actually taken as screen caps from a video I shot. I don't really have a normal digital camera anymore. I have an old sony handycam that still records digital video on tape. I need to upgrade badly. I almost included my 2 sets of small plastic red, yellow and blue cups and balls, but I fell kinda silly even having them |

Look in the bath section.
Some are high polished, others are satin.
After much soul searching about a signature, I decided not to have one.

I've scored a few "found" cups in my travels but never any of this style!
NICE find man, MMc |
