This is a two-tube production item that is over 30 years old as it originally belonged to a gentleman who has been using it for that long. Anyone know who produced it and when? The one is a picture of the two tube and the second shows the gimmick. The gimmick requires two rubber bands to hold things in the bottom.

There is no photos here but I am guessing that this is Rice's Haunted Chimneys.
