Can someone give me their review on David Regal's Triple Vision trick

Everyone I know who bought it loved it. It's also described in David Regal's "Close-Up & Personal." I'm sure like all of Regal's stuff it's high quality, but I've never been really interested in it myself. The effect reminds me of John Scarne's "Triple Coincidence" from "Stars Of Magic" and I'd take that one over it anyday as it is just as convincing but gimmick-less.
Thought: Why does man kill? He kills for food. And not only food: frequently there must be a beverage.

I have performed Triple Coincidence and it is a great vehicle for bringing a relative into the fabric of the person you portray on stage. I get to talk about my dad and that creates interest as I create another layer to the texture of my character.
Does that make sense? Tom |

Great effect. This slays laymen. One of the best triple predictions out there. I would rather use a gimmick to make the handling more clean. Triple Vision does that. Which reminds me....Check out Oz Pearlman's IC3 routine on his upcoming DVD. Basically it is Triple Vision, but gimmickless.
