Since it's been reprinted, I haven't heard much talk of Paul Curry's Worlds Beyond book here on the Café so I thought I'd get a little discussion going. First off, Wow! The book is way more than I expected. I heard the book contained a lot of great effects but I wasn't quite expecting as much as it contains. Not only that but the book has a very wide range of effects. I was expecting to discover many effects all with the OOTW style to them but that's not the case at all. I still have a long way to go before even almost finishing the book so I'll leave it at that....
For those of you who've already studied the book, any favorites? Thoughts on the book? Effects or techniques taught in the book that you've found particularly useful in other effects? All the Best, magicianguy4life |

Humans make life so interesting. Do you know that in a universe so full of wonders, they have managed to create boredom. Quite astonishing.
