I agree with the concept of using a natural movement but I am not a fan of bringing my hand up to my mouth to cover a cough during tableside magic. If I really cough I use my elbow to cover, because I'm not handling cards, coins etc. that I expect my spectators to touch with my elbow. That may just be me, though!
