I am looking for the name of an effect.. very simple effect offten use to make Santa or CEO appear. Its a very long curtain that is about 20ft wide and is 7ft high. You wrap one person in the curtain by having two asst.wrap the curtain around person (1). when unwrapped a switch has occurd there is Santa CEO.. ETC.. Someone said this could be in Mark Wilson course of Magic.. anyone know of a plan for this effect.

Its not that simple if you are using a santa or ceo they need to practice the trick several times to get het timing done right.

its been called the mummy illusion I believe inthe tarbell course of magic
I have my own version called the wrap up but mine wodul not work for what you want to do.

if you are looking to produce some one with out any practice you need to find something better. If I remember correctly Jc Sum has a very cool effect that I think is the easiet way to do it. of course then there are tip over trunks, Bscreens from creative magic

it all depends on what you want to spend and how you will use it but hte mummy illusion or wrap up require santa to rehearse alot.
