Does anybody have a review of David ginn's dog arm puppet? I know it is the same puppet that practical magic sells. What I am wanting to know is the dvd that david supplies better than the one that practical magic sells or is it about the same? I did a search on the Café for david ginn's dog arm puppet and came up empty. I did a search for the dog arm puppet and turned up a few reviews but none with the ginn dvd. Any help would be great. Thanks

The puppet itself is a GREAT prop. I don't think I have the DVD. I seen David perform it live at a lecture. Typical David Ginn style, kind of corny, but it worked very well for him. I have the prop but do not perform any of the effects he showed with it.

I have the Performance DVD from David Ginn and it has many Professional Tips from David Ginn and also the Guy from Practical Magic. I have owned this DOG since David first brought it to the US. I have had GREAT Success with this Puppet and the KIDS and ADULTS Love him as well. I have dressed my DOG to look like he came straight from Hollywood hence his name is Hollywood. Please DO NOT Steal or use my DOGS name. This is one Puppet that I will never depart with. My only suggestion is that you take the DOG to a REAL Doggy Barber and have him/her Trimmed around the Eyes so that the Eyes can be seen really well. DO NOT try this yourself unless you are a Professional Dog Groomer. The Doggy Barber did not even charge me, in fact they took pictures of the Dog being trimmed up and they put the pictures up on some Doggy Styling Website. The Dog Groomer thought it was great and she commented that this was her first Puppet that she had ever trimmed. Those are my suggestions, please PM me if you need further assitstance.
