Interesting tool... not sure I fully understand the evaluation thing, but I will give it a better look-over when I have more time.

I have over 30 sites... I checked just two; one was a big-fat nuthin' (not enough data) and one other one was $872. Not sure what all that means yet, but I sure ain;t what I have MADE (in $ terms) from the sites I checked! (Ha!)

I know it is more "SEO"ish side of things... will check it out more thoroughly later.

Cool tool.

I checked two of my sites. The first (magic-pig) went for $1,088 and the other (non-magic) was worth $2,051. I wouldn't sell either, but it is a very interesting look.

When it gives a number, it looks like it's totally based on your traffic and what you could possibly make with that traffic from AdSense.

It's interesting, but IMO it means absolutely nothing in terms of how much money your website is making for you.

My site http://www.magicmarketingcenter.com has been given a value of $1241 -- and it says I could generate ad revenue of $2 / day! Woohoo, I'm in the black!

It also says I get 86 daily visitors, which is a number that frankly surprises me. You'd think at least a few would drop me a comment or two on the blog just to say hi.

A final intriguing revelation appears in the stats as to who else shares my site's IP Address. I'm not paying for a dedicated server (like 99% of us I'm sure), so GoDaddy has other sites on the same machine. My neighbors include benaughty.com
and parentsconnect.com -- whether there's any relationship between the two, I really don't want to know.

it says I get 80 unique a day with a value of over 1K

umm I get an average of 25unique a day (according to my analytics)

seems to be looking at what the possible traffic could be with the keyword that GOOGLE considers the site most relevant for

nice overview

but as a guy who sells websites (I flip them)
a website with traffic making 1k profit a month is worth around 4k

usually 4 times monthly profit is how the it's calculated..
