Hi folks,
I was sniffing about http://www.axtell.com in anticipation of the appearance of Chuck The Duck and I started to look at Steve's Axtrax. There are some good ready-made routines there, but the really helpful thing is that Steve sells the audio files WITHOUT the added voice. So for vents they can download these and use all the sound effects and music etc. and also the routine (which has a free rehearsal download). I downloaded the Christmas (music only) track and it's been going brilliantly in my Christmas shows. I'm also using Steve's suggested routine with a few changes to suit my character. I recorded it straight from my ipod to my minidisc so it separated into individual tracks automatically which is great for me because I can pause in between tracks and add all my own dialogue. Great stuff. Cheers Billy |

Couldn't agree more. The Axtrax routines are a great resource for vents. I have them all and cherry pick lines from all of them. I'm using parts of the Christmas one too this year.
