Steve Dacri has a nice little mini blendo that can be done close up or parlor.

The TT blendo is a nice trick but it reset is not so great so I never ever use it.
I cannot stand digging out those little squares of silk out of my TT.

It's not that I can't dig them out I just don't want to have to do it. I wonder if a sanada gimmick or a dye tube could be used to make the reset immediate.

Frank, I perform the mini-blendo with an eclipse tip. The tip works like a DT - in one end and out the other. Reset is instant when I blend the four silks into one then change the single silk back into four, allowing the children to pull the streamers from my fist. No diggin! The tip then pops back into place for a "clean" finish.
I use this tip for nearly all of my in hand silk vanishes and changes - it's simply easier.

Although some of these may be closer to stage than close up efects...
I get great reactions from my Jumbo Card routine in which I start with Bigger (from Mark Wilson's Complete Course), then do a find-a-card trick where I can't read the spectator's mind when they think of the selected card and subsequently "pull a blank" (card out of the deck) only to be saved when the whole audience thinks of the card, and then have a "freely" selected 7 of clubs change into two 3/12 of clubs when they "cut" the deck and finally ending with a Jumbo Hovercard. Other than that... Sponge Balls - using two sets of sponge balls with two volunteers (so that the first phase results in a transposition of the sponges held by the volunteers) and a surprising final reveal when the different colored sponge balls are mixed together (such as a giant 4 inch sponge jack o'lantern from orange and black sponge balls or a flag produced from a change bag for 4th of July using red and blue sponge balls and a white silk. Cups and Balls - with a final "eyeball" reveal using stress-ball eyeballs for the final load (milking it for all it is worth, telling them they need to keep their eyeballs on what is happening). Magic Milk Pitcher - especially when an adult is sitting underneath the newspaper funnel that the milk is "pouring" into.
