Can anyone tell me anything about a magician that went by the name of Mysteria? I know about Princess Mysteria, the female African American mentalist, and her husband Prince Mysteria? Were there any others? Was looking through Potter's latest auction catalog and it mentioned a signed photo of "Mysteria" that belonged to Dai Vernon. From years spent researching African American history, I know that interaction between the races in the past, even among individuals of the same career field, was not an everyday event. Seeing it made me curious if Vernon went "against the times" and saw the acts of or interacted with black magicians of the past.
Thanks, Sammy |

The photo turned out to be of a white female magician.
