A few years ago I bought Daniel Garcia's Torn. It came on a VHS tape. I love it.
Recently I saw it had come out on DVD and completely reshot. Can anyone tell me if there is anything taught on the DVD that wasn't on the VHS? Touches, subtleties, variations? Since I no longer have a VCR, A DVD would be nice. But I'm not sure I could justify the purchase if there was absolutely NOTHING new on it... |

I have the DVD. There's actually an easter egg on there of sorts that I believe is the original VHS video. As far as I can tell, the two are the same. He does have an alternate/advanced handling of the torn off pieces on the DVD version that may not be on the original (sorry, didn't bother to watch much of the VHS snippet).
