I was thinking of taking my current 3 Fly to another level by using a Flipper Half and a Expanded Half and seeing what happens...has this been done before in a video or print, any comment would help thank you

Good thinking, but this has been done. Check out Garrett Thomas' work. Troy Hooser also has work with a flipper/shell combo.
