Lots of glowing comments in the Café, but has anyone a list of the Chapters?

"Shattering Illusions" by Jamy Ian Swiss was published by Hermetic Press in 2002. Sixteen of the twenty essays were originally published in Genii magazine. They have been slightly modified and updated. The other four articles were written for the book. 275 pages.
