... coin the phrase Human Tool Box when referring to the Human Blockhead act?
I've seen it used on Ken's website, but recently I also saw it used on a video of Brad Myers performing on America's Got Talent. I always assumed it was Ken's since it was his site I saw it on first. Or is it just one of those names that gets used by those who don't want to call it Human Blockhead. Are there any other names for it?

I have used it since 1970 which can be verified by looking at an IBM programme for the Ring Picnic at the Winter Gardens Theatre in Malvern.
Used to do a Karate act back then,,breaking techs with Kata followed by the nail hammer with the head through timber. This followed with the teeth pull of nails from the timber. The name was used in the intro (Not my idea) Human Tool Box,,think the guy was Bill Stickland not sure its a long way back now. Not heard of any other UK performer useing it,,,,and never thought of a copyright on it... I never invented it but like Kondini (Came from kids taking the pi@@) The title was shuvved on me and it stuck. Back then I had only a slate and chalks,,,no such things as a pc and America was where there were Cowboys who got eaten by Indians not entertainers !!! Ken. |
