I want to buy a trick with an effect borrowed bill inside a fruit.

While I am not familiar with Fruitfull, I am familiar with the bill in lemon knife. I'd avoid it (but I was told the same thing and bought it anyway) There are far better methods for loading a lemon. There are plenty of dvds with far superior methods such as Doc Eason and Bill Malone.
