Sarcasm is hard to convey in the written word.

However, since there are roughly 300 million people currently in the U.S. alone, 6 million dollars works out to about 2 cents per person on average.

I'm torn. People who are dumb enough to believe a psychic can make them money in the market sort of deserve to pay a stupidity tax. But the guy was breaking the law.

I guess they should get all the money they can back, then instead of giving it back to the morons who believed the psychic investor, they should just give it directly to the Nigerian scammers. Just cut out the middle man and end up in the same place.

We are all stupid sometimes and in some areas of our lives. I think we would all be very poor if we were taxed in that regard.
If anyone should pay a stupidity tax I think it should be the psychic; for making those claims if he thought he wouldn't be sued.
