Im saleing 4 of my prized freaks on the Café for cheap (I need money fast)- 3 are Higleys Zibbits (I have the recepts still), and one is a gaffed taxidermy scorpion. The reason I put this here is because this is the place where people like us care about things like this.
Thanks so much please don't report this as an add for sale, you guys are the only guys I know to ask

Don is a good guy and has a number of my 'things' besides those for sale. Sorry to hear of your troubles Don. For potential buyers I'll check these photos and if anything I made needs 'attention', I'll offer that at no charge to the buyer.

These items are now spoken for
My babies have a new home, where they will be cared for by an awesome magi I can come and look at their pics here when I miss them, and believe me they will be missed. They had there shots and now there off to face the world. Good luck little ones!

I'm glad that you found them a good home for them, they deserve only the best -- and yet I am sad

Thank you dsacks,
I miss them already Maybe one day they will make there way back to the states on some kind of bizarre tour, (then I would have to pay to see my on babies LOL) The person who claimed them is a real good guy, and Im sure he will show them well. Dougs work is AWESOME!!! His pieces have made me a small fortune by taking them all over the place and charging people to take a look. I HIGHLY recommend his Zibbits to any showman who is into the strange and bizarre. Doug is a real nice guy, he takes his time and makes each piece by hand so each one is perfect and a one of a kind (that is one reason it was so hard to get rid of some of my babies) I still have four of his pieces that I will keep forever, these things ROCK!

I think you will make a lot of money with the oddities. I make money with mine by going to music festivals, people are real high on drugs and alchohol at these shows so showing the freaks is more real to them. I have a 10foot by 10foot tent and a BIG trunk, I put an oddity in the trunk so people cant see inside unless they pay one dollar (sometimes 5dollars). After they pay and see the first oddity I will say "If you think that is strange you will really like what I have over here" and then I charge more money to see a different oddity. I will keep this up until they are tired of giving me money. Go to a crowded place to do this, you will make a lot of money.Setting up at a festival, outdoor market, or where ever, will also give you extra publicity, I have got many magic jobs from people who saw my freak show tent. If you get more than one tent you can set up in multiple locations at the same event. If some one hires me to perform for a private oddity show, I will spend time talking about each oddity before I show it, this builds excitement and adds extra time to your show. I have gone out to bars and I will carry a Zibbit in its box, drunk people ask what is inside and I charge them a lot of money to look inside the box. You can make a lot of money (a few hundred dollars in a few hours) with these, and have a lot of fun doing it.
I hope this helps those who may not yet know the value of a Zibbit. :kewl:

Well thanks Don...1st I heard about drunks and such...I'm happy you did well and I really appreciate the kind words...but your tactics are certainly your own that's for sure! I don't think I'll be adding that to the How-To if you get my drift. I'll stick to teaching about reaching and entertaining those 'family' audiences.
You are quite a character and it's always been fun dealing with you and our old phone conversations. Stay well my friend. I highly recommend Café folks visit your very cool site and see all the magical things you are up to... http://TheMysticSpirit.com
