Hi Guys
I have RCM 1 and have really enjoyed the material and teaching a great deal. I have been considering gettin RCM Volume 2 for a while now but have been told by various people that it is not that good. Therefore I'd really like some feedback from some of you that have this DVD, please provide an honest opinion as I know that as great as MR Sankey is, he has put out some run of the mill stuff over the last couple of years. I guess I really want to avoid getting a duff DVD. Therefore if you have any alternative suggestions please advise. (I want something different, so stuff like RCM or recommendations from places like Japan would be great. Many Thanks As Always |

I wouldn't bother with RCM 2. The first is a classic DVD in which Jay was most generous (could have made three dvds from this by today's standards). Not much excitement for me on RCM 2.
I don't know what kind of coin magic you like...if 3 fly interests you, Gary Jones has some good thoughts on this - I think its called Flying Tonight...some good treatments on various coins across. You most likely have "Sick." Coin Two is a must if you don't have it...two versions of 3 coin routines. Thumbs down for me with RCM2. The best. cp
To see a difficult thing lightly handled gives the impression of the impossible.

I have the NYCMS DVDs Volumes 1-10 and David Roth's Expert Coin Magic Made Easy Vol. 1-3. But my personal favorite is Dr. Michael Rubinstein's Encyclopedia of Coin Sleights Vol 1-3.
Can't really miss with any of these for coin magic. Jim |

RCM 1 was incredible, 2 sits in the shadows of the first by a similar name. Otherwise nothing is really comparable. It's a DVD of creative sleights and changes... I haven't encountered anything like it yet. Doesn't mean it doesn't exist, but it's the only DVD I have that chock full of weird and different coin stuff. Love it.

Hi Loren
Sorry, your post has confused me. Are you saying that RCM 2 is also great, or were you referring to RCM 1 |

My comments are in regards to 1. 2 is nothing in comparison... in my opinion. 2 should be called RCM 1 B-Sides.
