This is a very unorthodox question =P
I have been doing magic for quite some time, and I think I am seen as the "magic guy". Anyways I was thinking of gifts to friends for special occasions. Let me explain, I was hoping for some suggestions of what I could get my friends for special occasions as gifts. Something magical, but not a tricks, as this is for laymen. But I still want it to be something "a magician would give." This is very vague as I myself have no clue what I'm talking about |

The Museum Store, found at many malls, has metal and wooden puzzles and other sorts of mind games and oddities. Things from there would seem fitting.

How about the "Alcatraz" puzzle?

A Magician would give whatever anyone else would in said circumstance.

How about one of those impossible objects in a bottle. I seem to remember seeing something in Magic.

Jamie D Grant has a full deck of Bicycle's in a bottle that he was offering here. Wonder if that would work?

I don't think that the Jamie Grant bottle is something that you can buy for all of your friends, but perhaps Jamie can clear this matter up for us.

While we are waiting for Jamie's answer my concern is are they mass produced, or perhaps they are very expensive. I still say that a kendama is the perfect gift.

When my friend gets married next year, along with a big present, I am going to get him a deck of official USPCC made cards, with a picture of the couple on the backs. I think it cost around 10 bucks.

Thanks for mentioning me! I should mention that my "Anything Is Possible" bottles are definitely not mass produced, lol! And that fact will help explain the cost. That said, they make a perfect gift (if I say so myself) and I get e-mails all the time from people~ non magicians and magicians alike~ who have been given one and how much they love it. That's my pitch! http://www.CardsInABottle.com All my best, jamie

Yes, that's what I was thinking of.
