Plot holes? FILLED with them. You are talking about a charecter which made his first appearance in 1963 and they brought him up to date. My god what do you expect?
I have to ask one thing though as an old time comic guy. Does it bother anyone but me that the "secret identity" is not so secret to movie super heros?
