You are welcome Al. I'll be happy to post any other pics you get. Any idea when they hatch in your neck of the wooods?

I have seen old egg shells in my yard, so I guess there's a big window of opportunity.

I come to you with a heavy heart. Our wild and crazy mamma robin has been out partying a bit too much, and she abandoned her nest. It a few days I will rip it out and give my house plant a much needed hair cut.

Looked to me like you had enough for an omelette there. Unless, of course, you decide to keep the eggs under your hat and try hatching them yourself. Be warned however - keeping four hungry hatchlings fed is very time consuming.

Too bad. But on the bright side, there may be another nest in a nearby tree soon.

Despite my mothers best efforts at eviction the Robins built their nest and there is now a single hatchling hunkered down in the nest.
