With the Pimpernel you could do only something a bit similar: Putting your favorite card inside the window compartment which is obviously empty before; later you would produce the spectators favorite card from the zipper compartment. The nice thing about the TWW is that you see from the beginning one card, later two. Jan

I like it from the video I don't own it. I do that type of routine in the pocket though. I own too many wallets.

John and Jean-Luc, I don't own the wallet yet, but I've ordered it. It will ship the next two weeks, not before as David told me. I've too many wallets as well, but I like the concept behind the TWW so much that I ordered it. Yes, I've the Pimpernel too and like it a lot having it in constant use (my wallet "No. 1"). When you watch the demo video I think you will know the working of the TWW - but I haven't seen something similar before... very clever indeed. Jan

From the video has anyone else noticed that this wallet is turning the card over...
in some clever way..a traditional Zfold would result in the card going in face down and coming out face up...this wallet doesn't do that...thats clever |

Yeah, the card wouldn't be face up. The window covers it.

I have another question...does the wallet lock so only one side can be opened at a time?

I've received my "Time Warp Wallet" and can state that it is almost exactly
what I was expecting. Only "almost" as it is even better. Excellent quality, you can use it as an Himber style wallet or of course as TWW. The included booklet (40 pages) is very nicely done and includes more than promised: 4 routines of David Solomon, 1 of John Bannon, 1 of Simon Aronson and 1 of Jon Racherbaumer. All routines are good, Solomon's "No Look Card to Wallet" which you can see also in his promotion video is very strong, Jon Racherbaumer's "Guess What" is extremely well thought out (his take of Hull's Three of Clubs Trick), while Simon Aronson's "Mental and Physical" is my personal favorite. The wallet is really versatile and I'm sure everybody will come up with own ideas. Knowing Elmsley's "Between the Palms" you should find it easy to motivate the wallet as an additional prop to make something impossible even more impossible. I would recommend to make the wallet as normal looking as possible by putting business cards, driver's license and some bills in it which can be removed at the beginning. So the wallet doesn't look like a magic prop. I haven't seen something like that before, it is very original and really have to give it a very high recommendation. Jan

since you have the wallet in your hands now, can you describe a one or two of the effects supplied with the wallet...it would be nice to know what "mental and physical" is I want to buy this but it would be nice to know a little more about the extra stuff thanks Matt |

"Mental and Physical": One spectator just thinks of any card, one spectator is physically selecting a card which is lost in the deck. The magician shows that he has already one card in his wallet behind the window, his prediction concerning the mentally selected card. Then he tries to find the physically selected card in the deck, removes one and puts it face down in the other side of the open wallet. After each spectator has revealed his selection the magician proves being correct in both cases.
But as I wrote above the wallet is really very well done and offers many possibilities also for own creations. Jan

How is this wallet compare to the Hip Pocket Bombshell? Are the magnetic properties worth not having a somewhat normal looking wallet?
I do love magnets in my magic so this does look interesting. |

The magnets aren't really noticeable as they are built-in (under the leather). They really only serve to keep the wallet closed and are a nice touch.

Didn't care much for the look of the wallet. Routine good, wallet....meh.
I'd rather have a normal looking wallet such as Tony Miller makes. |

How many magicians does it take to change a lightbulb? Regardless, for magicians darkness is a time for d'lite.
