Thanks to Mike Stenberg of the FCM Mail Center and all the workshop chairs for setting up so many workshops for the 2010 FCM convention in Indiana. The Workshop Calendar I see at http://www.fcm.org was updated as of today, 6-14-2010. Take a look at it-I don't know of a convention anywhere in the world that has so many lectures and workshops (not including the evening shows, the late shows, auction, etc.). There are OVER 148 different workshop sessions already to chose from- that's right- ONE HUNDRED FORTY EIGHT- planned in the areas of magic, balloon, clowning, drama, face painting, juggling, puppet, storytelling and ventriloquism. No other convention comes even close to that number of different workshops that I am aware of! There are 25 MAGIC scheduled workshops alone including with Stead, Jarvis, Bremner, Fairchild, Brummet, Oz and Wilde, Henson, Tripp, Varro, Laflin, McDonald, Ginn, Chun, Billam, Ott, Mott, Meier, Weber, Zoerman, and Vergo.
