I have not seen POTD, but found a "soft version" on Amazon, so I ordered it (I will burn for that).
The 28 films were great, I'm waiting for 28 Months... There was another one that came out about the same time as 28 Days, it took place in Australia it was the Bst of the B's I've seen, not only zombies, but aliens, floating in space, giant walls... I cannot recall the name though. "Black Sheep" was pretty good, zombie sheep creating zombie people (I won't tell you how, but it happens on a farm...) Here is a link to the Poultrygeist Thread http://www.themagiccafe.com/forums/viewt......forum=14 One of the let downs was Flight of the Dead, Zombies on a Plane. I was expecting a Samuel L. Jackson look alike to stand up and give the speach, "That's it I cannot take no mother ******* zombies on this mother ******* plane..." Oh well |

No, 'Black Sheep' and 'Undead' are two VERY different films. Both were a lot of fun though, although the acting in 'Undead' did my head in. The police officer in that film made me embarassed to be Australian. 'Undead' was a Spierig brothers film - they made Daybreakers last year as well. Good stuff.

OK, I just watched Survival of the Dead, not too bad. More Romero Lite than Romero as far as I'm concerned. More comedy than he has done in the past, and the story was not as strong.
Next up is Ninjas VS Zombies. Zombies, Ninjas, swords, magic, what is not to like? FYI Night of the Living Dead (The new DVD collection of the spoof movies made of NOTLD) has just shipped. Tony |
