Pablo was good enough to send me a copy a while back, and I just wanted to add my comments.

As a very occasional performer, and then only for family and friends, I was interested to read the pdf, as the generic effect is something that I do for people. I thought the first part was interesting, and made me think that that maybe I should read up more on the Kenton-esque side of things. I can see Pablo's angle on this being of merit, and using a 'steer' rather than an 'out' is something I've done before of course, but not something I've seriously studied. Maybe I should.

The second part is more along the lines of what I do, and I'm more comfortable with my own way of doing that.

a few days ago I received the "hey.. can you show me some mentalism ?"

of course!...perfect prediction!.



BUT the important thing isn't my ability to predict the future, but the incredible ability that the PARTICIPANT have to take your influence.


If you present this effect (or any effect in mentalism) this way( the participant is the star of the show) you can pull of even a little mistake in the prediction and give a surprise.
