Here's a stumper for you bird husbandry experts.
I want to reward our cockatiel for being a good sport about the dove pan. The problem is that hes a diabetic whose symptoms are controlled by diet. He only normally gets Harrison's. What vegetables might I try or what other treats might three be that won't spike his blood sugar?
It is always darkest just before you are eaten by a grue.

Have you tried carrots or a small piece of bananna?

The bananna I think is off limits, most fruit is. But I'll try the carrot!
