Who first published such for cards?
I wonder who first used binary numbers in any way as part of the MO of any trick.

AFAIK, Paul Swinford published the first binary card trick, or at least sold the first binary deck of cards. It was called "The Computer Deck," and it used a rather odd set of punched edges.
It may not have been entirely binary, though. The numbers of the cards were binary, but the suits were figured separately. It was a mildly amusing item, but rather cumbersome. Harry Anderson had some binary work in some of his notes.
