Another use of the anything detector is to use the sound but not let them see it. Keep it hidden in a sack because it's too "scary" to look at. Little kids find that hilarious for some reason.

I just received Randi's Lie Detector. It is an excellent prop. I have had several other lie detectors from those that look like camp laterns to those that look like a spaghetti strainer with christmas lights on it. Randi's Lie Detector is the best one I have ever seen. It is small and light enough to easily carry. The spectator can either hold it or it can just be next to the person on a table. It has two different sounds/sirens with flashing lights. It has two buttons on the machine itself to be operated manually and it comes with a small remote that has two buttons on it to activate the different sounds/lights.

I had a question about its operation and Randi immediately contacted me to explain it to me. Randi gives top notch customer service.

I am extremely happy and impressed with Randi's Lie Detector. I can see many different uses for it in children shows and family shows. My advie though is not to use it to make any child or adult feel bad or self-conscious. I personally will use it to ask children questions such as "So far you like my show?" Buzz. "You liked my last trick?" Buzz. "You like my outfit?" Buzz. I prefer for me to be the brunt of any jokes and not the child or adult. I think it has a great deal of potential and can fit any performer's style.

I highly recommend it.
