Does anyone happen to know what the official name of this prop is?

It uses plastic jumbo-sized ESP cards and a stand for displaying a "target" prediction, and the chosen card.

Any additional history would be helpful too.

I don't know the official name, but the name "Roydon" immediately came to mind when I saw the pic. I believe I saw one of these for sale awhile back. I could be very wrong on both counts, however.

I think JD is right. I had that prop once and I am just about positive it was by Roydon. (Can't remember the name of the effect at the moment.) The thing I didn't lie about it is that the prop's design itself immediately suggests the method. So I never used it.
