Mick and Tina sang that song at "Live Aid" in 1985 at JFK stadium (fornerly Municiple stadium) in South Philadelphia. Where that stadium was is now the Wacovia center parking lot.

Does this mean that if England goes to war the troops will be led by Mick Jagger, Paul MCartney and Elton John?

England is at war as we speak; so the answer is no. It does mean, however, that Sir Mick has been awarded a title by the state for his wonderful achievements.
