I just bought a brand new Electric Touch from penguinmagic. I can not get the battery compartment open. Any suggestions on how I can get it open? Anyone else had the same problem? I've sent an email to Mesika but so far no reply.

I just got two unit of my "Electric Touch" and One unit of My "Tarantula" repaired by the little "oompa-loompa" from the Mesika factory

tell them I sent you there, usualy a lad name Danny will reply your mail, drop him your mail, since I just got my mail answered on the 18th of August, so far they are very helpful and the Customer Service is Top Notch

I emailed the mesika@mac.com address and Danny responded. He let me know that I could try and pry and force it open and that if gets broken I can send it in and get it replaced. I was finally able to get it open after about five minutes but I broke the lid off in the process. I found the customer service to be excellent and my emails were responded to with a day or two. I never got any reply from the email address I got with the product though.
