Not much to say really...

The font is reaaaaaally really small.
Personally for your design, I don't think you need your website to be in flash. I suggest that you only use flash if it makes your site MUCH cooler. Be creative.

For me your website doesn't fit the style you show on your video. The design appears rather traditional and in the video you see a young guy doing gum tricks. And for the smalliness: your video appears very tiny too. You might want to incorporate it in your normal text flow. Otherwise it's just hard to watch.

Nice start but two things immediately stand out to me.

1. No pictures.

2. Music starting automatically (it could be just me but I really hate websites with music!).

To be brutally honest, that website will do NOTHING for you!

Forget Flash, (we certainly don't use it), get much more on there in the way of photos and text (content is king)
