This is a 15-page booklet by Paul Gordon.

Is this of value for someone who already does a fairly good jog shuffle?

Harry Lorayne does an excellent job of describing how to do this shuffle in his beginner's book The Magic Shuffle.

Does Gordon's booklet give any information not already in Lorayne's book?

I have the booklet, and it is pretty good, but if you already know the jog shuffle--particularly if you learned it from Lorayne (Gordon seems to claim that only he and Harry know how to do it "correctly")--you don't need it. It's really good for a beginner, though.

The information is also included in his hardcover book "Professional Card Magic Miracles".

Of course, if you already learned it from the only other person that can do it...
