Let me tell you that you need to do your shtick before she gives you a room.
You want to have a better room or an upgrade.
It will be to late for her/him to change the room that you got if you do your magic after. They can see it as a fun thing
if you do it before they touch thier computer , they will feel that they need to give you something back...

Anyway, the best way in my opinion is to sthick with one or 2 chains and become
a gold member and then get everything you want without the need to ask for them
