Have you tried International Magic Studio or Davenport's?
Not in the UK, but close by would be El Duco. He had some nice mini cups. His remaining stock and the rights to his production was purchased by one of his friends. How much are you willing to spend?

The last time I was in London and visited International Magic I was disappointed to find that the only cups they had were the faux Paul Fox cups out of China. A sign of the times, I guess.

It's hard to say without knowing your price range. I would personally recommend contacting Donnie at RnT2. I know it means you don't actually get to handle something before buying it, but the quality is absolutely excellent.
You could also contact Bri on here...his username is cupsandballsmagic. He's in the UK and may be a good source to help you find what you're looking for. Good luck!
