I am a clockmaker at heart so I was awestruck, but even if you are not you should take a peek at this. Watch it all the way through with the sound on. Is is eerie and unbelievable. Imagine being able to use a little of the effects they impose upon this clock. Many times you cannot tell what is real or not. It is well worth the time to have a peek. I have been to a lot of places and seen many things, but nothing like this. I was lucky enough to see the light show on the side of the royal palace in Blois, France. It paled by comparison.

Veegates,
I just finished watching it. It was mezmorizing! There were so many beautiful and unbelievable aspects to it. The construction and deconstruction was one of my favorite parts; not forgetting the electric rain. I can only imagine what it would have been like to see this in person. Genius! ThanX for sharing. The finest example I've ever seen of kinetic trompe l'oeil in a public space: technically impressive & artistically compelling. What a grand way to celebrate the 600-year-old history of the astronomical clock. The artist(s) responsible for the video projection & sound merit the highest praise.
