Hello all. I've been directing a production of Cinderella and am trying to think of ideas for the Fairy Godmother to do onstage. I've already bought her a wand that floats and she randomly floats it when Cinderella isn't looking. However, I'd like to get her one more thing. The floating one blows people away at rehearsal, however I can't seem to find anything else that fits in the time period (fairytale medieval-ish) and doesn't look goofy. Feather flowers look out of place. Cards are a no-go. Boxes are strange. I just don't know what to do. Any thoughts or suggestions?

What about a d'lite? (Pluck the light off of something and just casually put it (the light) into her pocket or purse.
