Anyone know the answer? If so then theoretically you can have a floating monkey right?

If you fully inflate a 260 with helium it will just float for a few minutes, so no floating monkeys unless you attach then to 11" rounds.
If you hit the search button I think this has been discussed further. |

I've tried it before all that happens is the balloon will float for a few seconds then fall slowly. don't waste you helium.
