I was doing a bit of polishing at a joiners shop just down the road from me,when this caught my eye.
Cheap and easy to make, could be a bit of a talking point for any visitors. Cheers(can't feel my finger ends)Ray Click here to view attached image.

Or just buy a "clock kit" at Michael's Arts & Crafts and supply your own blade for the face.
Reminds me, though, I need to change the batteries in my workshop clock. But first I need to clean my workbench so I can reach the clock. Of course, first I need to clean the rest of the workshop so I can reach the workbench... It's not all my workshop mess, either- it's the presents, furniture that was moved for the tree, ornament boxes, the train set... Ah, the perils of having a garage workshop.
