I've found several methods for 'burning money' without harming the bill, but they all involve soaking the bill in a substance right before you light it. I don't think this would fool anybody. When they see how soggy the bill is, they'll realize you've put something on it. Is there some effect that allows you to take a dry dollar bill and light it without harming it? Thanks!

You could buy a flash paper dollar bill, light it and then do a switch?
