Thanks for the read. I've worked in one before and especially for younger male magicians (being that most nursing homes are mostly populated by female residents ) the performance always goes over well. I would encourage one to do room visits to those residents who cannot leave the room . Sponge balls and very visual displays go a long way ! You have to figure on little if no spectator participation on the room visits. But it is very rewarding even if you donate your time for free.
