Today Jan. 12, 2011, Magician Rob Rasner (www.rasnermagic.com )plead guilty to misdemeanor charges for placing a spy cam into the Magic Castle dressing rooms.
Many of us are friends with the people affected by his invasion of privacy. LA superior Court Case #0ca01189 Mr. Jon Armstrong has detailed the actions of the AMA (Academy of Magical Arts) saying: Mr. Rasner "has been banned from the(Magic)Castle for life, he can never again be a member or even walk into the front door. He can not say that he is a member of the AMA. E&G ruled and the BOD agreed. Its all in the minutes. Doesn't feel like its enough."
