So the effect- You go to a bingo hall / housie. You sit there with no card and no marker. During a game you shout house. When the caller ask to see your card to check. You say look under your chair. They find a envelope and open it. They find a card with your name on it and the rigth numbers marked on it.
How close can we get to this?
