One of my favorites, I learned this trick from Bob Kohler. He later included a detailed analysis, along with a bunch of other unpublished material, on a private VHS tape he sent me (which should tell you how long ago that was). I made up several of the special card using one of Kohler's Aces in Their Faces gaffs, thereby reducing the work involved and improving the end result.
Cleanest Collectors routine that I know of. TW
